We've teamed up with one of the best outfitters in Nepal. Who I first met at on my first trip when I was 16.

The kayaking
Himalayan whitewater is a touch different from our British rivers. The Sun Koshi is big volume, big bouncy wave trains holes and boily water, grade 3/4 It will take some time to get used to. There are some bigger rapids all of which can be portaged. There is also plenty of flat water, to enjoy the scenery or hop on a raft. A reliable roll is required to make the most out this trip.
